Distinguish non-deployed environment changes from the environment state in the cloud

Currently, user is not able to see, what did he changed in comparison to the deployed environment.

Moreover, if environment has changed while user locally modifying it, we also should display it.

So we need to track the difference between cloud environment and browse local changes.
