Make possible to create software components from within MuranoPL

Currently it is possible to create object using new() function. But it is not possible to persist created objects in Object Model. If deploy() was called on created instance allocated resources would remain taken up and cause resource leaks. Software components usually need some known parents in object model hierarchy (usually Environment). But instances created with new() doesn't have such parent because they are not yet placed inti object model.

This mechanism needs complete rethink. Good example of use case for such functionality is an ability to create auto-scaled components on MuranoPL
