Add an ability to filter data from Env json via yaql filter on UI field

There is a use case when we need to expose some specific parameters of already added components in the environment in UI form of new component. The good example is Kubernetes apps when we need to expose a list of labels configured in PODS on Service UI form to be able to specify which POD we need to use. Kubernetes service uses labels to find POD\RepGroup to expose.
