--innodb-optimize-keys option similar to mysqldump

mysqldump in Percona Server includes the option --innodb-optimize-keys, with this option tables are first created without secondary keys then the data is loaded. Finally after the data is loaded secondary keys are added. This can result in much faster data loads with mydumper if this feature was implemented
