Support Linux Hot Copy from R1Soft for snapshot creation

Linux Hot Copy from Idera is a Linux command line utility (hcp) that takes online snapshots of disks or volumes on a Linux server. It does not use LVM so it can work on any Linux system and any block device. It would be useful to add a snapshot module to mylvmbackup that makes use of this tool: http://www.idera.com/productssolutions/freetools/sblinuxhotcopy
