external plugins need access to the config.h that was used to build the chassis and mysql-proxy lib to know the structure of several structs. Similar to glib and libevent we should ship a chassis-config.h which exposes defines like CHASSIS_HAVE_SYS_UN_H which is used by the chassis-headers like network-address.h.
