Start FE from upstart/initscripts rather than gdm

The default method of starting Mythfrontend is targeted as being done with gdm and autologin with a custom environment. It doesn't really require gdm to achieve this.
X and Mythfrontend could be started directly from upstart/initscripts and not require the running or even installation of gdm on a Mythbuntu machine.
