System Monitor

I think it would be good to add a basic system monitor plugin to MythTV, or maybe a modified version of the Status page, that gives information such as cpu temp, system temp, fan speeds, etc. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, maybe just add lmsensors to the install and have a page that pulls up it's information on a regular basis. Perhaps even with a configurable alarm or something...
My first thought was to add this as a page to the MCC, but the more I thought about it, the more I thought it would be a nice thing to add to a MythTV plugin itself...

I think some of this is already possible, at least in current svn trunk. I also recall recent sensors-related work there.. so before anything is done, this is needs to be verified. --laga
