Separate the different languages from the mains DBs.
Main DB: Japanese lang
Others: optional (1 db mandatory, english db recommended)
For Dictionary & Kanji DB.
- Split dictionary database: One for Japanese language and all stuff within it, and one database per language.
- Update the download mechanism to be able to choose which translation language the user want.
- Update the Database creation scripts.
