Cisco VPNaaS with Cisco CSR router (phase 2)
Now that the Cisco L3 router plugin is upstreamed, this BP is the second part of cisco-vpnaas-
This would be targeted for Kilo release.
This eliminates the .INI file used for router info, and instead the VPN drivers will query the L3 router plugin for the needed information. New methods are provided in the L3 router plugin to extract and provide the needed router info.
