Support for NVP distributed router
The aim of this blueprint is to leverage the 'distributed' router feature which was is available since NVP 3.1
Thanks to this feature, east-west traffic goes directly from the source hypervisor to the destination hypervisor, without traversing a routing node.
The design for this blueprint will ensure compatibility with pre 3.1 NVP deployments.
