ADB Sideload Support

"adb sideload" is a command that allows for sending update.zip-style packages to the device from an attached computer. The Device is put into recovery mode, then the user enters sideloading mode. From there, the package are uploaded to the device and installed. This is required for installing packages on encrypted devices, since the recovery can't decrypt the /data partition.
