Convert Kana and Kanji animations to Theora

Stroke order animations are going to be used on the Web. With HTML5, application programers can use Theora as the main media object and GIF as the fallback object for people with browsers that don't support free file formats. Using Theora will facilitate adding audio tracks later for pronounciation of syllables.
