Noise should have an audio compressor with it's equalizer
Noise/Music is a great program with a fantastic focus on managing, queuing, and listening to music. To strike a sharp contrast, VLC has a focus on media playback whether it be audio or video, with minimal support for managing a user's library. However, one thing that VLC picks up on is post-processing for media in general. Music should take VLC's lead and expand on this with more than just an equalizer. Music should incorporate an Audio Compressor. A simple catagory (like those used in system settings plugs) on the equalizer window should be all that's required with clean and well defined sliders.
