Add Project id and User id to the response data of os-server-group API

Currently, Admin can list all existing server groups using "nova server-group-list --all-projects".
But the output display does not contain project id nor user id information, it is really difficult
to identify which server group belongs to which project/user.
Adding the project id and user id information to the response data will make it easier to identify.
