Allow disabling Linux KSM /mem-merge via extra specs

There should be a possibility to disable KSM (https://www.linux-kvm.org/page/KSM) for a given instance by setting appropriate libvirt setting (nosharepages). This will help in certain scenarios to improve RAM performance and avoid unexpected freezing of VMs.
