Compute Capabilities in CIM Notation

Compute nodes, and bare metal nodes have different hardware capabilities that are reflected to end users based on BIOS, hypervisor/operating system, nova.conf settings. Exposing those capabilities to end users in the Common Information Model CIM) http://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP0004_2.7.0.pdf format makes them consumable by end users with stringent performance needs in a uniform way that is not libvirt or any hardware architecture specific.
