Include denormalized server data in notifications

Registered by Steve McLellan

Before I start, I should point out that I understand if this is not technically feasible/desirable and if that's the answer so be it :)

The nova servers API includes information whose ultimate source is other services (cinder, networking) in order to present a fuller set of information about a server; in particular, "addresses" (for networking), "security_groups" (networking) and "os-extended-volumes:volumes_attached" (for cinder). This information is not available at all in notifications. In my case, we're using notifications to track changes to servers for indexing in Searchlight and we'd love to index as much as we can from the notifications.

I (or someone from the searchlight team) could potentially implement this but I'd like to get an idea if it's even possible before we look into it in a lot of detail.
