Delete the data volume while destroying the instance
When your instance has multiple data volumes, you can configure whether to delete the data volume attached to the current instance when the instance is destroyed.
With this optimization, the user can set the processing status of the data volume in a controlled manner, and avoid the tedious operation of deleting the data volume after destroying the instance.

[efried 20200220] Agreed in the nova meeting to approve the freeze exception if the spec has two +2s by EOB Friday 20200221. Alex and gibi are on the hook for those approvals, assuming the spec can be brought to an approvable state. If that happens, I'll remove CR-2 and add +W during my daytime. Otherwise we'll defer this to Victoria. http://
