Add a new hypervisor to support Huawei FusionCompute
FusionCompute is a fully Huawei in-house developed computing virtualization software. FusionCompute provides the tuned high-performance and high reliabilities in VM instance provisioning, clustered resource pool management, and intelligent HA/FT scheduling.

Do you have links to the public availability of this hypervisor and any information about its user base? Can you also provide some information about why it makes sense to have openstack consume this obviously very complicated system that duplicates a lot of functionality? --dansmith
