Usage of tar backup functionalities

Registered by Oumar Aziz OUATTARA

TAR implements some backup functionalities. we should use those so that the backup process could be defered to TAR . We can then avoid a lot of processing that we make : see http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_chapter/tar_5.html#SEC86

For infomation about the TAR Incremental Snapshot File see : http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_chapter/tar_13.html#SEC170

It will be mandatory to know how to handle this file.

Whiteboard

We will try to radically change the way the backup file list is determined. Currently, we create an exhaustive list of the files to backup and set the "--non-recursive" option to TAR. But what could be done is the contrary, set the exhaustive list of files to exclude, and get rid of the "--non-recursive" option. This will permit that we use the tar incremental functionality efficiently.

The functionanlity is now implemented . Big work to do is to work on Restore Now.
I suggest we do a branch for It and we use this branch as a parent

Use TAR backup functionality IMPLEMENTED !!!
* NOTE : UpgradeManager Can't upgrade from Snapshot version 1.4 to 1.5
