NUnit Mocks Replacement

The NUnit Mocks library, nunit.mocks.dll, was developed for use in NUnit's own tests. Although never documented, it has been used by many people for learning mocks and ended up as a de facto part of NUnit.
Beginning with NUnit 2.6, we will bundle NSubstitute and use it for running NUnit's own tests. NUnit mocks will be deprecated in 2.6 and removed in 3.0. If some folks still need to use it, we can move the code into a standalone project.
