OcsNG agent: add hdd smart counter reading

For me a very important feature that lacks into OCS agent is SMART counter reading for HDDs. smartmontools package exists for windows/linux so the code is avalaible to implement it. This would allow to track down bad sector, temperature...and check that HDD are in good or bad health.
