Ojibwe Syllabic Keyboard

Here is a custom layout I worked on for ojibwe syllabics so Ojibwe people who write in our language could use for home use with there devices. I never got around to finishing the coding. I believe this could be a big thing if I could get help to release this. The unicode is found right on the web. THe shift w on my layout is for the dot to show on the right or left of a character. The double vowel button would be for the dot to show above all characters if used.
