Include some CPU and memory statistics in the status bar area. IE, used memory, and CPU % used by application.

Include memory use,
Also provide a program stats dialog showing the maximum image sizes, the index sizes size of ints etc.
Show the CPU% (total), the swap size free and size and the memory free and size.
This is working for Linux.
Code has been adopted for Windows and MAC... Unknown if it will even compile or work.
