Better identification between test, pre-production, production for customer

It very difficult for customer to see if it work on test or production database.
A different solution exist:
- change theme in gtk client or web client
- Change color for button in the menu (ex: RED for test, GREEN for pre-production, Normal color for production)
- Add a visual effect
