Option to control add_new and delete in one2many widget

I want a user to be able to edit an existing object on on2many list and add a new one through a button (thus permissions required) but be unable to create and delete through standard "add new" and "delete" button. There should we widgets/options to limit that. I am using GTK client 5.0.15.
