The International System of Units is fixing bases on Units of Measurement.
A unit has a name AND a code.
Eg Kg for Kilogramm
In case of temperature, there is no factor between Kelvinn and Celsius, but a formula to convert it.
These are not second UoM. They both have the same category of unit.
