The book review subsystem will support both professional and user submitted reviews. The key features include:
- storing reviews of professionals by person, date, and publication
- linking to full text, if possible
- allowing views of reviews by person, publication, and book
- letting people vote up and down on how interesting reviews are
- letting random users submit reviews
- allowing for responses/rebuttals to previous reviews
