Add owncloud support for openerp attachement and document system

Everybody loves google docs, but this is not the best way for enterprise document management. Owncloud works like google docs, but everybody can host next to openerp on same machine.

Owncloud is a free and opensource system, with android apps, and this is can work based on openerp ftp system. (?) This isn't an ad from me. I don't know another system like google docs, what we can host on our system. (and NSA not listening with prism)
