document printing - allow printing of original + copies

it would be helpful to be able to print 1 original and n copies of documents (orders ,quotations, invoices, packing list etc), where as
* the number of copies can be specified and stored as default for each document type (and partner ?)
* Text "Copy" should be printed on the copies.
* option - send original as EMail - this should also be printed "Send via EMail"
