merging two documents

Hi,
Need a support to combine the reports in document management system ?
Say for example ,i have the 2 folders/directories as follows
Folder1 :Sales order
Folder2:Purchase order
Under sale order , i have "sales order one" docuement(word document) and under Purchase order , i have "pruchase order one" document(in word doc format)
i want to combine these 2 reports and generate a pdf report using these 2 reports comibined
