It will be very helpfull to add the week number in the small calendar to avoid several click and scroll down.

The monthly view shows only 4 weeks with most screens so if you want to see the last week of the month you have to scroll down before selecting the week.

Cliking the week number in the small calendar should directly show the weekly view of the selected week in the main calendar.

The small calendar should allow a quick navigation to display the main calendar :
-cliking a day : show the daily view of this selected day (already exists)
-clicking a week # : show the weekly view of the selected week
-clicking the month : show the monthly view of the selected month(already exists)
-allow quick navigation previous year /next year
