Add a link to import a module more quickly

This is a useability suggestion.

I'm using trunk of everything (server, web client and addons) and trying out a few implementations of one chart of accounts module. In this process (which I'm guessing all developers must face), I am repeatedly displaying the list of modules to check that my module doesn't exist yet, and then I want to import it. To do this, I'm forced to click back on Main Menu > Administration > Modules management > Import module.

I think it would make sense to have an "Import module" link on the right side of the Modules list (it would save 3 clicks and there is still a lot of space available on the right side in that screen).
