doc for private modules

clicking on context help opens a page on openerp doc server - which is fine for official modules
like http://doc.openerp.com//book/2/2_4_CRM/2_4_CRM_partners.html#partners
but it should be possible to point to a custom doc server for non public developments.
and/or just point to the wiki where customer specific annotations could be stored
