duplicate yearly sequences

its a tedious work to create a set of yearly sequences fopr every company.
IMHO a function (button) should do this
* set the next number to 1
* set the next fiscal year
* replace old fiscal year code in sequence name with new fiscal year code.

BTW using YYYYMM for Period Names makes copying and data entry (just numbers) easier
