dynamic domain support for selection widgets, just like many2one

IMHO, in lots of places, a many2one field requires to many clicks and the popup is overkill, many2one widgets could be replaced advantageously by simpler drop down select widgets, provided the following conditions:
- user is not expected to create a new option here (occurs often)
- there aren't a lot of choice, like less than 15 options max

This is currently not always possible to replace the many2one widget by a selection widget because the selection widget doesn't support dynamic domains properly, especially in the clients.
Still, very often based on an other form field, we would need to apply some filters.

We would need dynamic domains in selection fields to improve dramatically the user experience in lots of places, saving him intermediary popups and clicks.
