distinguish between update of local repository and module in db

"Update module list" ends with a popup window "Number of modules updated"
IMHO it is important to clarify here that only the LIST of the modules is updated, not the module itself.
"The update of the module has to be requested / done for each module selecting it from the list in the following window"

IMHO it would not be very time consuming to store and compare md5 (or whatever) sums to indicate changed modules
