Improve default print screen layout

the default "print screen" should (follow general guidelines for reports)
* print numeric column right adjusted (as well as column headers)
* thousand separator
* get a footer with page numbers and print date/time
* repeat column header on following pages
* IMHO use smaller fonts to reduce paper output
* print company (database) in the header (first page)
* print context
