Import Sub-Titles
Adding sub-titles can be a painful process, since OpenShot requires each to be a title. There are lots of clicks required to add a new sub-title, set it's length, fade it in & out, etc... This blue-print has 2 elements:
1) All a user to import a .srt file (a simple text file of time codes and sub-title text)
2) A simple way to choose a "sub-title" template, and quickly insert sub-titles into your project at the current play-head position. For example, hitting the "S" key opens up the sub-title screen, you type your sub-title, and then hit enter, and it adds the sub-title on the timeline at your current preview position.

Whiteboard
Just clarifying my desires.
1. The ability to import subtitles, and encode them together with the video.
2. The ability to add subtitles to a final project, before encoding.
Right now, I would have to save/encode a project, subtitle it and then re-encode with subtitles. Gnome Subtitle editor does a great job with captions, but it's the extra encoding I would like to avoid.
