The current monolithic ceph chart is good for initial deployment but presents challenges for day 2 operation.
This blueprint will track splitting the ceph chart into component core pieces:
1) Mons (inital keyring generation/seed, mons, mon-checker)
2) OSDs
3) Clients (MDS/MON/
