nova api samples tests should be synced to the api site automatically

During the Folsom release a really extensive amount of work went into sample testing the API, and showing what expected input and output from API calls would look like. Currently there is a manual process to sync this data into the API site, but we should make this an automated process so the API site always has the most complete copy of examples.

In addition to the automated process, the WADLs need to be updated to point to the correct file names or else this work won't be "published" to api.openstack.org.
