Multi-PODM scheduler
With multiple-PODMs, Valence must have a way of scheduling compose operations on the appropriate PODM. A simple scheduler could enumerate all pods to search for one which has the requested h/w and initiates a compose on the pod. The scheduler would be developed in a manner such as to allow plugging in of newer scheduling policies.

I think this blueprint looks good, next step is a more detailed spec. Do we have someone who is an assignee for this?
[Lin] Totally agree with making the scheduler to be pluggable to allow admin to choose different policy. And I think everyone agree on letting the user specify one podm for one composition request, another interesting thing is whether allow the user to specify the scheduling policy. We can discuss it in spec or IRC meeting.
