UC7.1: List Sync issues

Provider will be able to do management operations from Horizon control panel. These operations are not synchronized with APS. Provider must be noticed in the APS to handle the situations were modified/deleted resources in horizon affects in APS end.

Provider must be able to see the list of synchronization issues between Horizon and APS as described in UC7.

1) Provider access to Horizon
2) Provider delete an Image a.e
3) APS will fetch anytime that provider access to ‘view the details’ of a datacenter the number of changes or inconsistency’s between the APS and OS.
4) Provider will access to tab ‘Sync issues’.

TCUC7.1-1: When provider access to see the details of a datacenter APS must fetch to Horizon all the possible changes between APS and OS.
