Following the guidelines of the Microsoft Common User Interface (CUI) will be of a huge benefit to application developers. According to an email exchange with a member of the MSCUI team; these are available license fee free for implementation. This project should develop a library of menu and interface widgets according to the MSCUI guidelines for use in any OSHIP based application.
