Add support for the Qpid Dispatch Router message bus to the AMQP 1.0 driver
This feature will update the AMQP 1.0 driver to add support for the Qpid Dispatch Router. The Dispatch Router is a stateless message switch that can be linked to other routers to create a messaging "mesh". The router uses a Shortest Path First algorithm to compute the optimal path for sending a message through the mesh to a given destination. Availability is provided by provisioning redundant paths and routers throughout the mesh. The routers dynamically re-compute paths across network failures to route messages around failed paths. The routers do not queue messages, rather the message is acknowledged by the final destination and the mesh propagates the acknowledgement back to the sender. This feature will only support RPC via the mesh - notification traffic would need to use a transport that supports store-and-forward semantics.
