A text-based Installer

Maybe we can write a little installer script, which asks for server settings etc. and then writes the config.
It should ask after the most important things, maybe check dependencies and such things.

The installer will take action if bot.py is run for the first time. To ensure this to be so the script will look for existing configuration files. It checks if all dependencies are available and starts - if it was successful - P1tr after finishing all tasks in the script. As seen in the blueprint description a new config file will be created after the important data has been queried from the user.
