Display an app's opened windows upon clicking its icon in Planck
In Unity if I have two windows of the same application open and I click that application's icon, both windows will show in what I believe is called an expose.
eOS does not show this behavior, forcing one to display all open windows (including that of other apps) to be able to choose (or use Alt+Tab) because clicking the application's icon will minimize/restore the current window and nothing else.
eOS should take this feature from Unity and default back to minimize/restore when an app has only one window open.

Whiteboard
In Pantheon, we encourage app developers to make/support single-window apps. In addition, switching the behavior of the dock based on the amount of windows open doesn't seem like the best idea. I think a third-party Gala plugin might be a better option. ~cassidyjames
