Send file(s) with secondary-click (right click) via Bluetooth in Files

Just like Send via Email, It will be more convenient to have such functionality for sending files with Bluetooth in the secondary-click menu of Files. OR possibly unify all "Send via ..." into a single menu like "Open with".
