Moving the Pastebin access part to a lib and then make frontends

The idea is to move all the access part in a library and then do at least two frontends :
- Command line (the one we actually have)
- GTK/Gnome using PyGTK and Glade (GUI)
- ... any other is of course welcome (why not a QT one for instance)
